Preparing for TEDxLogan Circle

  • Plan your travel and accommodation: Whether you are local or traveling from out of town, we recommend preparing your travel and lodging details as soon as you can. To help make your travel easier, we have partnered with several DC hotels. Please secure your accommodation before mid-July by the rates expire.
  • Learn About the Speakers: Familiarize yourself with the speakers and their topics to make the most of the event and Q&A sessions with speakers!
  • Join us at our community gatherings: Don’t let August 15 be the only date you’ll meet us! We hope to see you at our community happy hours and get to know you more.
  • Registration: Please bring a valid photo ID and the ticket email confirmation.
  • Dress Code: Business casual. August can be quite humid, so comfortable outfits are okay!
  • Shoes: We recommend comfortable shoes for walking between the different venues!
  • Restrictions: Please refrain from bringing large bags or outside food and drinks. This is due to the hotel restrictions and limited space in the venue.
  • Wi-Fi: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue for all attendees.
  • Respect to Time: Please arrive on time. To ensure we limit interruption during the talks and filming, we ask all guests to arrive before we start.
  • TEDxLogan Circle and TEDx is the appropriate reference
  • Rethink Innovation is our 2024 theme
  • Photo/Video: While photos and video clips are welcome, video clips captured can only be at most 30 seconds maximum per TEDx Talk. It’s a TED content rule. This ensures that the only place to see the whole talk is via TEDx’s official video, which TED will upload.
  • Tag Us: When sharing online, tag and connect with us! We are on Instagram and LinkedIn and can be found at @tedxlogancircle—use our hashtag #tedxlogancircle.

2024 EPIC Summit nonprofit discounted ticket rates are available for a limited number of people.

The well-being of our attendees is our top priority. We follow all recommended health and safety guidelines and have implemented enhanced cleaning and sanitization procedures throughout the event venue. This includes frequent cleaning of high-touch surfaces, providing hand sanitization stations, and promoting good hygiene practices.

Additionally, we are monitoring local health guidelines and will adapt our measures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. We encourage attendees to stay home if they feel unwell and practice personal hygiene measures like regular hand washing and covering coughs and sneezes.
