Le Méridien Washington, DC, The Madison is the main hotel for attendees. Located in the heart of DC, close to our venue, The National Housing Center, and steps away from many iconic landmarks, it provides a peaceful and elegant retreat, ideal for both business and leisure.
Individuals will be responsible for room, tax, and any charges not authorized to be on the master account and must present credit card at check in. All charges incurred are to be paid upon check out. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable occupancy and local taxes currently 15.95% in effect at the time of check in.

CUT-OFF DATE
Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Thursday, July 16th 2026, (“the cut-off date”). At the Cut-Off Date, the hotel will release any unreserved rooms for general sale and, in the hotel’s discretion, will accept reservations at TEDxLogan Circle’s group rate, on a space and rate available basis.
*If for any reason, you no longer need the block of rooms, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will cancel the room block, without charge to the group. For individually made reservations, however, the hotel’s cancellation policy remains in effect. TEDxLogan Circle agrees that neither the Group nor attendees of the Event shall be authorised to resell room reservations.
