We strive to build a team where we could all grow, thrive, and be challenged to be a better version of ourselves. This leads us to working hard, caring for the impact we build together, and enjoying our time together as individuals. Here are some values we standby and look forward to continuing to hone as a team and community.

• Authenticity – Build a space where you can show up as yourself and grow to be a better version of yourself
• Courage – A space where you find the courage to do something new and do what’s right even if it feels hard
• Community – Remembering that our work is to build and serve the community. Approaching things as a team.
• Kindness – Assume positive intent and have grace and respect to how everyone shows up differently
• Excellence – Embracing challenges as opportunities to grow and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
