What is your favorite advice on how to manage your time and energy?
Prioritize self-care and focus on what truly matters. Delegate tasks when possible, set boundaries, and don't hesitate to say no. Remember that rest and rejuvenation are essential for sustained creativity and productivity. When it doesn’t work, be willing to readjust and test out what works for you.
What podcasts/books/movies do you like to watch for new inspiration?
We're inspired by a wide range of content, from podcasts like "How I Built This" and "Masters of Scale" to books like "Dare to Lead" by Brené Brown and "Creativity, Inc." by Ed Catmull. We also love documentaries that explore the human potential for innovation, like "Free Solo" and "Won't You Be My Neighbor?"

Effective leadership is about empowering others to reach their full potential. It's about fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and psychological safety where everyone feels valued and heard. It's about inspiring a shared vision and then getting out of the way to let others lead.
